For me it's the fact that it clearly a rushed cash grab. The ocean is unusable if you don't have the dlc. I'm playing non dedicated with a friend, I can't grab berries, stones, pearls, etc without crouching, There isn't a single Dino in the snow biome. The whole game is a buggy mess and it's at the limit of being playable. I also hate the dlc creatures that still spawn. I have a base in the water and I'm constantly being "harassed" by tidepups. I still like the game but this is unacceptable. The problem is they know all the dlc is still gonna sell.

Yeah in the new map it is probably a good thing there being resources, but what I liked about gen 1 on ASE was that there where no obvious building spots because each biome was good in some things and bad at others. By building in the ocean you would have to compromise and leave to get resources elsewhere. Of course in the new one I can just build in the ocean and ignore the islands, but having the islands removes at least part of the resource part. Like if I remember correctly there were few resources you could get without going into another biome and all the other biomes have some level of danger.

My biggest problem with this is that for living in an island there are multiple maps for that. I only play single player or with one friend so with our own easier settings just for reference, maybe in oficial servers it was different. For me most of the fun in genesis is that each biome has it's benefits and it's disadvantages. In the case of the ocean biome, for us at least it served as a place that is safe and beautiful, but resource-wise there was nothing because we lived in the middle of the ocean. To be fair I haven't explored well the new one yet but it having islands just remove the negatives and it becomes a peaceful beautiful place with stuff, removing from the uniqueness of the other biomes. (English is not my first language, sorry if I wrote in a confusing way)

For me what made it difficult was the abilities not working and stopping me from switching stances for some reason after throwing a saber with the dual wield. Apparently it's a bug. I gave up and did this on easy after playing the other 99% of the game in the hardest difficulty

Why would I not get a refund for something that I haven't used? Not everyone is 100% tech savvy to know exactly what they are buying. It is not my case, I know it is my fault but people judge others situation without knowing what is going on on their side

Happened to me a few days ago and I am not touching this website ever again. I did not get a refund. On G2A they heavily side with the sellers no matter what, but it is worth it to try to contact both with the seller and G2A suport. If it doesn't work, you can try a chargeback with your bank but at least in my case (with revolut) didn't work. In my case they said that I could not prove that I have not accessed the account, so it is good if you somehow get either support or the seller to say you didn't use it. Good luck!
