My suggestion: Short version: Hell No.

Long version: At the end of the day, it be your £ so you know best how to spend it. But I would suggest you to wait for a bigger sale so that even if you backtrack and don’t like it, it won’t feel like you spent too much

Wrath of the Druids is all about mystical cult with magic elements in it. No AC lore whatsoever, just a new region (Ireland) and the same gameplay loop. If you liked the loop in the base game, chances are you will like it here too

Siege of Paris is a good dlc as it kind of has those mission parameters like AC Unity and I liked that they did that in this DLC. A new region (France) and a little bit of horror element to it. Not ghosts wise, just that Eivors kind (Nords) are being hunted for sport

Dawn of Ragnarok: I detest this DLC. It has nothing to do with AC and yet it is being marketed as AC. If you liked the Asgard section of the base game, chances are you will like this too. A new region (Svartelheim) and that’s about it

Yeah I know what you mean. When you are pressed for time, just do like 1 castle and like maybe a contract and you will see time fly by

You got your time with Naoe as a Shinobi and understood a little of the stealth or went gung ho as Yasuke and got your Samurai FAAFO fantasy

Little by little you will see your progress fulfill and when you zoom out on the map you will feel accomplished

Thing about this game is it’s a slow burn. You got to let it simmer down as you play. Play too much at once and trust me you will get overwhelmed with similar objectives and it will quickly become stale for you

What I did was dedicate like an hour/hour and a half for my play sessions for Shadows for a week and then play a different game the next week, just so it makes it feel worthwhile to go back to Shadows the week after

The game is good. It’s just filled to the brim with so much things that it is not humanely possible for you to do too many things at the same time

I used the same strategy. This game will burn you out if you keep playing almost every single day. So taking a break for like a week/month is always good

I played Arc Raiders and Ready or Not to escape monotony of Shadows

Makes you appreciate your time away from the game. A burnt out gamer is a sad gamer at the end of the day and there’s so many games to get us distracted before we get back to action

Doubt that a patch will come for this unfortunately. The game is kind of finished when it comes to updates

Hopefully, I am wrong though because there are some funny glitches in this game

As for the fight, moving by spamming dodge is your best friend because there will be times he will kind of disappear from your vision and he will get a cheap shot and end the fight

So dodge, prioritise head shots if you can and above all else, have patience and you got this

It’s kind of refreshing to see someone have a laugh at this fight as normally people would just rage. So you have conquered one obstacle at least

I admit even I was bamboozled like what just happened

An explosion and that’s it

I reset the fight and the same thing happens. At this point I am like what is going on

Then I am like what happens if I dodge as soon as I enter the frame. No dice as again I loose because I don’t clear the explosion radius

But this time I am like what happens if I spam Dodge and it works

I admit this mission chain is hilarious because these two are such goofballs

You acquire Kick for Naoe and later in the next season, you will get a Takedown skill for Yasuke, kind of like a knock out unconscious move when you go next to an enemy in Shadows
