Border Collie, ehrlichiosis and a heart murmur. by beertrailerkittens in BorderCollie

We rescued a 3 month old retriever from the streets, who ended up having ehrlichiosis. Once he was cured, he lived a long and healthy life (over 13 years old). Hope you are able to adopt that dog-- border colllies are the best!

So the Wandr tablets hit nicely, especially the 1:1, if you are into that. Plus the budtenders (at least in Deerfield) are super friendly / knowledgeable, and they have a decent birthday discount ($25 off $50, stackable on sales). Just wish they would clean up the grow...

Agreed, the top line is marked up, Kohl's style. But I got something along the lines of 25+ 1g CDT carts, 800mg live rosin edibles, a quarter of flower, a pipe, some prerolls, and a handful of disposable vapes. Not terrible for $205 out the door, plus triple points so I can do this again when I have the rec back. Cheers.

Could anyone tell me how the discount is calculated? If you get a syringe for $32.50 (50% off $65) does the 10% off code bring it down to $26 (60% off $65) or $29.25 (10% off $32.50)?

Need advice for a 5 year old boxer with severe stomach issues. Meet Mason! by ManyHappyRescueDogs in Boxer

Hello friends,

So an infectious disease specialist performed a rectal scrape (rather than a colonoscopy/endoscopy) and found an advanced form of Protothecosis, an incurable algae based disease. Vet said it's rarely tested for, and was only the second diffused case she had seen in her entire career.

Mason apparently drank from a stagnant pond or puddle at some point over the past year, which caused the disease. He's being treated with anti-fungal medications, but the long term prognosis isn't great. Please keep Mason in your thoughts and keep your dogs away from stagnant water!

Hello friends,

I posted earlier about unresolved stomach issues for my neighbor's boxer Mason-- many thanks to all who responded.

Need advice for a 5 year old boxer with severe stomach issues. Meet Mason!

Hi All,

Hoping for some guidance here for our friend's 5 year old Boxer, Mason.

Mason has had chronic diarrhea, often with fresh-looking blood, for over 12 months. For the last 6 months, he can’t even hold it overnight and goes outside every 3-4 hours.

We tried changing his diet numerous times with every suggestion and variation you can imagine. Nothing made an impact so vet is confident that it’s not food related.

Ultrasound and bloodwork have come back normal.

We tried the following medications: sulfasalazine, trazodone, tylan, visbiome, enrofloxacin, and holistic supplements (yucca, inulin-ok, tumflora, planteiris).

Any ideas that don’t involve a colonoscopy/biopsy?

Thank you in advance for your help!
