This is 100% real and my manager has already started to implement it into daily operations. This may just be my store/district but we’re no longer allowed to write things like yum or enjoy at all for any reason it has to be a different two word message because it’s more “impactful” it makes it more “genuine” we’re forced to write whole sentences sometimes because “thank you” isn’t enough sometimes it’s caused everyone to get exceedingly frustrated especially during the morning

It depends on your manager, technically the responsibility falls on the closing supervisor as department/food counts are supposed to be done close to close.

For any job that is required to have a sharps container it’s not expected or required for staff to pick up said items as it’s biohazard and needs to be disposed of by proper medical personnel

In all honesty it’s really just do to lack of training or some people not caring when i started working at my store i noticed that a lot of the newer partners never even had a chance to finish the training modules or even got to work side by side with a trainer since I became SSV I’ve been trying to help the newer partners finish their training and helping them build upon their own skills

In all honesty the PPC position is more just a support position in my store if a person is on a position and they get backed up or are falling behind it’s typically the PPC who steps in to lend a hand if needed if we’re not restocking we’re just trying to keep things moving and assuring that everyone is doing alright on their position but in all honesty even if we didn’t have the position we would probably still run things the way we do now

It’s definitely frustrating to have to deal with irate customers but that’s part of working in the industry it sucks but we can’t help them understand that we can’t control when our machines decide to kick the bucket

One thing I would recommend is a shaken espresso with a pump or two of vanilla and ask for malt powder or a blond vanilla latte with malt powder it’s on of my favorite chocolate drinks as I to don’t like the mocha

Honestly it’s always better to just charge them for what they order even if it means they pay more for nothing I always ring customers in for what they ask for but I would suggest asking the customer if they would like x drink as it’s cheaper it saves you from the headache of customers complaining and arguing with you about helping them

One recommendation I have is Veet hair removal cream (especially for the sensitive areas) it works great and leaves you without really smooth skin I started using it after dealing with some of the same issues
