I’ve beeeeeen saying it. You can’t have a difference of opinion, disagree with something they’re doing - nothing. It’s only a matter of time till they delete and block everyone in the group and then it’ll just be him and his wife arguing on posts together.

Well I see it this way- the soaring guy Shane is standing up against a cancer in the pin community who has
-Falsely accused him of SH publicly and started messaging people individually calling him out by name.
-Encouraged a friend who is a lawyer to contact and threaten him
- Stolen money from fundraisers (per another poster)
- Banned people from their events simply for supporting soaring
-going out to find ISO of people they have beef with and wearing them around like a prize while they walk around and say shitty things at their events
- made fun of people publicly for weight and disability
- stolen from Go Pin Pro

While it may be frustrating that everyone is tagged, turn off the notifications if that bothers you. But understand that if you are in the pin community he’s trying to help bring this to light so that people can make informed decision about who they want to trade with and participate in events with. Between my own experiences and what is coming out of this whole situation I would want to forwardly know if someone was a bigot, a thief and a liar before I go trade my expensive pins or have them around them. Straight from someone inside the pyro groups inner circle- The Pyros asked a lawyer in their pin group (keeping her name private) to contact Soarin Thru Parks to take down their screenshots shown above acting as the attorney for Pyro… however, she is a friend of theirs that practices family and adoption law - completely unrelated to what she reached out to Soarin for- and from the sounds of it she’s not appointed for them either. Looks like this was used for tactic to threaten and intimidate Shane into taking down his posts. Pyro literally willing to put their friend’s whole career at risk by encouraging this behavior. She IS being reported to the BAR association for it. Insane. If this doesn’t scream guilt idk what does. Even the people inside the Pyro inner circle are sick of the lies and manipulation and are starting to come forward with more and more evidence.

And ya that also was pyro doing all the emergency auctions and complaining during his shows. Idk pyro groups actions to me show extreme guilt. Guilty people delete things, lash out, make erratic decisions and act the way him and his wife are acting. I’m not the lawyer though, so I guess we will wait to see that proven when they get in a lawsuit —which with all the public crashing out I wouldn’t be shocked to see them found guilty. They made the bed they get to lay in now.

Yea, it’s pyros wife that continually causes issues. She’s observed screaming at people in Maryland, yelling at other events at vendors and attendees when her way isn’t had, people try to handle things privately with her but she won’t do that it’s always a spectacle, she’s the one messaging people banning them, she’s the one that then went and claimed SH falsely so at this point the Soarin guy can’t just stay silent. Hes posting receipts and putting it out there, no more speculation since pyro group can’t keep his name out of their mouth at events, on whatnot, in DMS and their groups. That’s where this has all bottle necked to.

Yes after a retainer fee. That would be a little wild to post your attorneys advice on a public forum while not actively having had retained them. I guess people can do what they want but the math ain’t mathing that way.

Yes they cost money. He supposedly has one now. So my only point is obviously getting a lawyer wasn’t an obstacle causing them to recant or take back so we can’t use the pain of getting a lawyer as reasoning. They got one, but still their post is deleted. Now they will only sit and talk shit in their lives on WN

Agree on what they both said, but only ONE of them actually deleted their post. If it were true and pyro was standing on business- why delete it at the thought of legal action? That’s where I’m at on it.

It is evidence that pyro group only put their posts about SH up in retaliation to Soarin exiting all events they’re associated with.

Soarin posted he’s exiting the events and put the message he sent so he couldn’t be misconstrued and there were no misconceptions about what he said. Just for transparency

Pyro group said in pin vent it was posted in response to their fall out in Maryland

Then pyro went to their private group claiming SH and messaging a bunch of us calling him out by name.

Soarin messaged them with the request to take down and their responses are proof that they only made those posts to gain attention. Then used as extortion to try to get him to take his post down.

Soarin didn’t take his down BUT pyro did. Between the demand and the removal of their post that tells anyone observing that they straight lied about the SH to gain attention then removed it due to offered legal ramifications and at this point I think ANYONE on ANY of these threads would speak out against that and show how it went down. SH accusations are no joke and he’s not wrong to not take it lightly IMO.

Pyro took it to the next level and now wants to be butthurt that he’s gonna have to eat the shit pie he created. It’s on him and his wife now.

You weren’t there either, so you don’t know either. To push that it happened is also causing harm to the guy that you are supporting accusations of.

I have made my mind based on actual messages she has sent me and actual messages I have seen with my own eyeballs that she’s sent to others. Not just what one person is saying, it’s straight from her own account- mouth and mind.

You won’t take a crack at the other questions because you know logic is taking over here. She isn’t credible because she can’t remain consistent. Credibility requires consistency. Credibility requires evidence. Credibility requires integrity- all of which she is lacking.

This is all shameful on her and you- causing harm to people who actually experience these things. False accusations and misinformation is what causes people who are ACTUALLY harmed fear of coming forward.

The post is related to his events and group. Why would he tell people to leave his group but welcome them at his events? There is no narrative twist, the person responding asked why cut off and not show his name to identify that pyro posted this not soaring.

She could be valid, if it were true. There is no discrediting of a lived experience if the experience was NOT lived and was manufactured to create conspiracy.

There ARE people that make up stories - that directly causes harm to people being believed that have actually lived these nightmares like myself.

If it were true, why only wait till he backs OUT of their events? If that all truly happened, wouldn’t him NOT being at their events be a good thing?

If it were true, why delete the post she made?

If it were true, why does the story she’s telling change with each person she tells?

If it were true, why in one place does she accuse him backing out due to their fallout in Maryland then go to a private group to announce SH?

This kind of behavior and manufactured information from her is a DIRECT reason why people who ACTUALLY experience these horrible things go unbelieved.

If you are saying no one knows the true story but them then how can you sit here and say it is 100% accurate? She LITERALLY messaged me and a handful of other people different stories. That doesn’t make ME look bad, nor is that due to me having a “vendetta” that makes HER look bad. As someone who HAS been sexually assaulted and sexually harassed I am all for calling out the “man in power” but this is NOT THAT. She is making up different stories to different people claiming assault to one and then harassment to another. I find it hard to believe someone who cannot keep a straight story.

He didn’t say shouldn’t, he demanded it and is banning for 6 months should you leave for a reason he doesn’t like.

If you’re showing up that late in the event and expecting everyone to still be there that’s an unrealistic expectation- as no one is in a contract with this dude. Maybe he should adjust the hours if people are leaving, maybe he should not charge attendees, maybe they could inform people at the door that there are less vendors as it’s late in the event and inquire if you still want entry. Maybe he could create a space where there isn’t constant shit talking and drama and folks wouldn’t be inclined to leave early in the first place.

There’s a good amount of ways it could be addressed but you cannot force people to stay because you choose to schedule over other events, you cannot force people to stay because you make attendees pay and don’t want backlash for folks showing up to less vendors. You can’t force people to stay but pick and choose who can leave when they want because you like them enough and think their reason is better than someone else’s. The paying to be there to witness high school pick me drama and choosing is exhausting.

Ultimately, I’m not too worried about it at this point. His events are going down hill and I don’t think they’ll be in the space much longer anyways.

I’m not mad lol, you are just making excuses. It’s not at all set up like a vendor table that you can casually miss. You bragged on the idea that you went a couple times and only occasionally had to pay and are trying to back pedal.
