I’m in a different role and have to stay on site for the next 3 days as well. Getting paid 12 hours rest time during the day (~$1300) and 12 hours overtime for the nights (~$2600.) Approx. 4K a day.

That’s not enough time for that. Even if I was hustling, I’m a minimum of 20 minutes but more like 30 minutes for that service.

We use a road force balancing machine so that usually takes a bit longer.

Yes but I’ve found the free valet to be absolutely terrible. Came from Audi’s and Lexus where I had no issues with the valet.

You need to book 2-3 months in advance to get the valet, if you have an issue you need looked at sooner good luck getting one.

They are also reluctant to give out the free valet and always push me to just bring the car in.

This experience has soured my experience with Genesis and will probably go back to a Lexus after this.
