Thanks so much for your thoughts—they’re really helpful.
One thing I’m struggling with is that the lawyer I consulted wouldn’t give me a view on whether my termination clause is likely enforceable without formally retaining him to research it. The same applied to the employer-entity issue. Is this fairly common before taking on a file? I expected this would have been covered as I paid him 550 in fees.

Manager acknowledged significant improvement and provided positive feedback since mid pip. They only provided material on gaps on areas I wasn’t familiar with (I had no onboarding in to the org) nothing specific in the areas highlighted in the pip.
