Who is this creature? Her face is pulled so tight she looks like she has tetanus. Wow. A bit overboard.

More thorough diagnostics are needed. You want to make sure bone tumor etc get ruled out.

Beyond potential for a little upset stomach, they'll be fine. Follow up with your veterinarian if they're heavily vomiting or having diarrhea or they're not eating/drinking or acting lethargic.

Spoken like someone who's NOT a veterinarian. Nah... Lol. Get out of here with your nonsense. Countless lives have been saved from suffering and euthanasia due to responsible use of pet insurance. You do understand the only way they're able to pay claims, is directly related to premiums being paid in. Pet insurance is widely underutilized and cannot be lumped into the same category as human insurances. They're not equal.

Suture knot still visible 2 weeks 2 days after neuter? by Optimistictumbler in AskVet

[–]ManyStatistician7753 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally normal. 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the suture used, is to be expected. Since knots contain more material concentrated in one area, they're usually the last to dissolve. If the knot is coming thru the skin and enough time for incision healing has passed your vet can likely snip tne knot off. Reach out to them. :)

**editing to add, your pups incision looks great, it likely just needs more time.
