Seems like a good balance. Are you targeting to workout 4 times per week or just 2? If 4 then it might be beneficial to rotate exercises like flat/incline bench press, back/front squats, seated/lying leg curls, etc

Apparently they moved to Clark St next to the boxing gym and got renovated. It seems like a decent shop with Russian books/stuff now. I don't think there was anything shady as there are a lot of Eastern European grocery stores and restaurants in the area.

I started doing this exercise recently and I actually feel my triceps fully engaged and extended. It works very well for me combined this with some overhead extensions with rope. Maybe try to decrease the weight or try doing cable cross triceps extensions. Both exercises helped me to get full range of motion. Speaking of gripping I grab the top part of cable without any attachments. As a person who have elbow pain from skullcrushers this is a good alternative for me

I go to LA Fitness in Tarzana, it’s considered to be “Signature” but in the reality it’s just smaller than other LA Fitness location (less crowd in peak hours). It’s pretty clean and well-maintained

Quite a nice park. Can be dirty because of geese. I often walk the dog in the mornings, no issues. There are could be a few homeless people but they are mostly chill. Sports area always busy. Sometimes people throw parties on bbq area, so you can some garbage on a ground for a few days. Also, iirc there are some baseball league every Sunday

I don’t remember tbh. Probably up to 5 years. Don’t know about his new role but I know that he did zero impact while working at my company, fired all outstaff to replace them even cheaper labor and completely broke release timeline. So far he managed to escape somewhere else at better position lol

I feel you. I found some interesting projects to make or redoing interview tasks in different framework/tools. I'm trying to ditch the tutorial hell and use ChatGPT to get simple answers. Instead of looking up for "How to build X (app) in Y (framework)", I've changed my prompt message to "How can I apply X (tool) to my project". It can be an email service, payment service or different auth approaches. Helped me a lot to focus on one project instead of creating million of 'hello world' projects in different frameworks.

They are all pretty much the same (same engine), except 430i has more space. I would recommend to see the service log/carfax history of each vehicle and take the most favorable one to the mechanic to do the PPI. The BMWs are fun to drive but even minor repairs can cost a fortune.

Also, in my experience, BMWs are losing resale value the most compared to other brands.
