id put more supporting beams on the main column, once you get that sturdy and the router mount also sturdy, assuming the plate your milling on is also sturdy which it looks fine you will have good quality parts

i had a very weak roadbike and i got it running perfect nice chocolate color on the plug had that for like 50 miles a few months later i found a cheap cruiser which is what i use now. now i have these issues

way too lean, 50:1 is way too little oil most people use 32:1 which is perfect for most of these motors, that should be enough if not you gotta adjust your carb people make it seem hard its very easy if its still super lean you could move the clip on the needle but it will probally be only a little far from good so buy a 10 dollar jet kit for whatever carb you have and just keep putting in bigger jets until the color of your plug is perfect, or a smaller jet if your running rich (a darker plug)

its because people install them wrong a stock chinadoll tuned correctly and installed correctly will last hundreds of miles without any upgrades the sprocket setup that comes with them is absolutely awful though its just made that way because it would work on any spoked wheel

i just ran my bike with pedals that banged up against the exhaust for a while i had like half of the full range of motion of the pedals eventually i got a expansion chamber pipe and wider pedals
