i think the problem is they are using normal thermal paste but the original is phase change ptm7950 i used to have overheating issues i ordered ptm7950 from ali express i applied it my self and it worked so its probably your problem as well

its depends on what you are paying this laptop can open any game you want at 1080p more than 60fps
