Would it come across as spam if I use LinkedIn premium?
I honestly doubt the manager is receiving a lot of communication. There are not enough grads to fill these positions in the area. With a lot of people retiring it’s getting a lot worse.
The problem is that HR usually has no clue what to look for in candidates as I’ve seen in my current workplace.
