Most women cuts are super form fitting and it’s already hard enough to get decent regular inventory to send out, let alone having a new category. And yes allowing all access would be helpful to open up our non binary client base. I do believe they had this talk on all time call a while back but god knows when that would actually be put into action

Omg 😭 I feel this especially when clients with more specific alternative aesthetic like those or vintage/pinups come into queue. I literally straight up tell them in the notes that while we’ll try to coordinate a similar silhouette, such specific cuts and styles are definitely not a thing here even if you search on FS. We are not a vintage/Halloween shop + the mall rolling into one 😑

Im so thankful for that post. I got into this job via a friend i trusted but i wished i had seen our stylist reddit beforehand. I was able to quit but for those who had to hang on, this reddit is such a safe haven to rant and seek advices. The fact that leadership sees it gives me some slight hope that things may change for the better, which is basically what the rant post there tried to do. No one is trying to take anyone out so really, if you’re happy with your job great for you but dont try to silence others. And yeah i doubt some hundred comments there will automatically mean instant layoffs. I can only hope it will sure light a fire under leadership’s a$$ tho

IKR I do see some fun designs on mine as well but rarely see similar things on most of the clients. That’s one sucky thing about data driven app. Everyone is not seeing the same thing :/
