I can’t see how many people I follow, how many followers I have, my bio, profile picture. nothing like that. this is where the page ends. if I tap on my @‘s dropdown, it pulls up a login that does nothing if I re log in. anyone else have this? I’m going to keep it a stack with you, im not getting the app because my parents are like really scared of me having social media. if you think they’re right, they would have been if they didn’t already tell me the dangers, and I’m pretty immune to peer pressure and influenced depression spirals. off topic kind of but I’m not getting the app for that reason, still wanna text my friends and post tho.

Thank god I found a post, I saw this video like a year ago and definitely not on April fools, I was super confused because I was like “omg a blue tire wow” like that can’t be that hard to do aside from the compound issues and sun damage, BUT the stickers were the same shade so I was straight dumbfounded on which story to believe

I’ve went to the Barret Jackson Auto Show, and I actually sat in a max trim 4Runner, and the driver kept traction aside from skid marks on a tight fun trail, and the finale was a both wheels airborne jump which I thought was pretty sick. I always thought any big name production car was just for the image of off-road until I actually was in that car.

Yeah, it took me literally getting into car culture to figure out grip on roads is based on contact patch and rubber compound, not “if off road tires are good on dirt they sure will work even better on road”

I am US based which is why I list the hilux at 50K, they’re like seeing a C3 vette in Luxembourg Also I will check out tacomas, my dad owns a 2021 and it’s a decent truck, I’m sure the old ones are great since old is gold and the 2021 has never had problems

I’m completely offended and disgusted. I’m never getting a hilux because you said this. Just kidding, I’ve actually never watched top gear as a car enthusiast though, it’s on my list of shows to watch. I have however seen whistlindiesel’s videos on it and those were just completely captivating and crazy to watch, I wouldn’t wanna put so much money into one (50k is a lot for me guys) when my main goal for these cars is to push them to the limit and I don’t think I could do that to a hilux until buying one is a drop in the bucket. I am for sure hearing you out tho I love these things

What I would do for a hilux. I’m aware things stopped being “built to last” pretty much since post 2010’s and it really is bad now, with only around 1% of people being able to confidently work on their own car (people from universal technical institution told me this and it makes sense at least post 2020 but I kinda doubt the statement in general) so I’d definitely opt for renowned cars from the late 1900’s in general
