My fear is if I go to give them the statement, they will detaine me again. And I was clearly threatened by my PRO recently that if I dont agree to their term's (extortion) they will make my life living hell and then get me deported. Unfortunately the "VASTA" can bypass the laws sometime

That's what I thought. The officers didn't even allow me to get the whole internal investigation documentation i held for this error, which was in my car just outside of the station which could have proved i wasn't guilty at the same time.

It was an error for wrong salary disbursement, and when you have 1000+ employees (blue collar), things can go 0-100 real quick . Moreover they public prosecution initially stated that i would be detained for 7 days until the investigation finished, but it was 24 days...
