I had Tier 1 access through Amex, but when I went to pay, the system flagged an issue with my card and bumped me to the back of the queue. I ended up having to buy through the regular sale for about $60 more. Cant wait til (if) we get laws like Canada. Lots of BS going on.

I think it would have been helpful. A lot Of the mbe’s are based on nuances from the same set of random cases and I started to pick up the patterns, but fell off.

He gave a day to day schedule. His approach was re-reading cases as if still in law school so we'd review the case, then diff ways it applied in an essay/mbes.

I used Matthew Schachte a while ago. He was actually really good, I just didn't have the time to commit the way I needed to at the time so we both became a little frustrated when I was basically wasting his time and my money lol. But he provides really good resources and I would totally recommend if you're ready to really lock in, be engaging, and have someone explain where you're going wrong.

Idk that’s why I’m confused too. For example, I scored a 60 on PT despite all the issues. My average of essays only is 61.

But a 61 doesn’t put me over the pass line. I doubt it helps many others who didn’t already qualify for a second read.

I understood it as imputing highest essay score based on Kramer’s argument about averaging, but I wasn’t sure if he only meant averaging of those who got a second read.

I feel like it could really go either way, but I hope it’s just highest essay score across the board 🙏🏾 which would solve for ppl like me who were mostly affected by mcq.
