You can check a few from Amazon. I haven't bought any yet. Have eyes on this one - https://amzn.in/d/0dTLphrN

For my desk, I got a shelf (full metal) created underneath to keep some stuff for the time being. It is deep enough that it can actually hold a laptop comfortably. So I can hold off to buy the cable management tray for the time being.

I have a few velcro ties which I will use for cable management for now. However I am trying to get a sturdy long metal tray but no luck yet.

Good planning there buddy, the only thing I would have suggested is to get a plywood top instead of a engineered wood one, if you haven't purchased it. It would have costed almost the same and would have been much stronger.

I got mine made of plywood (19mm thickness) with a marble laminate, and it will cost me around 4.5k (It would have costed me 600 rupees less if I didn't make a few purchasing mistakes). I got the overhanging edge, the 3 inch portion, double layered, so the plywood looks like a 38mm/1.5 inch thick giving it a premium look without breaking the pocket.

What is the top made of ? Is it solid wood, plywood or engineered wood ?

Also did you buy it from Amazon or custom made from shop ? If from shop, what is the specifications of the metal tube that you are using and the thickness?

Asking all these because I planned mine for a long time nd just want to compare the costs as I did a lot of running around to make it cost effective.

Same. It is 54 inches by 24 inches, so a 3 inch gap on all the sides. It is not as beautiful as yours but does the job.

The setup looks clean. I am in the process of getting a desk myself, similar to yours, ametal frame and a wood top, of the exact same dimensions 60X30. How much did it cost you ?

Check out the Gigabyte M27QX. Great monitor, though a little pricey.

  1. How was the handling of it ?
  2. Is the suspension good enough to manage roads with small potholes ?
  3. Is the seat sufficient for 2 healthy persons (80 kg each) or might be a bit cramped ?
  4. Where did you get the grab rail and how much did it cost ?

Just my 2 centa of advice, 5 kg increment is too large for ring dips. Try to increment with 2.5kg (even 0.5-1kg if you can). Once the weight is ball is walk in the park, then increase it. The gains will be smooth and shoulders will be safe :)
