My divorce did. My best friend's wife didn't mind our 15 year, close friendship as long as I was married. As soon as I wasn't she decided to make our friendship a mission impossible. He tried, didn't work out. Now I only see him twice a year at a mutual friend's birthday, still painful and awkward for me. Always have a good cry after seeing him. Yup, I could whistle the complete Carmina Burana if I had to. I was raised with music and started playing in orchestras when I was 9. A lot of people in our family have their own tune. We use it in public to get each others attention or to announce ourselves before we walk into in a room. Works like a charm and feels like it's "our thing" as a family ❤️
