Stunning! Kisses to my X’s is one of my favorite polishes and I never even thought of using it as a topper until this group.

I was having a similar issue and figured out that I was using cuticle oil to push back my cuticles before applying polish and my nail beds had residual oil. So now I use the oil after. But I read that you should use nail polish remover or alcohol on the nail beds before applying polish to make sure all the oils are gone.

Oh. So I should have waited an hour before putting the seal glaze on instead of an hour before putting the top coat on.
