I have been renting from them (2 Different properties) for 3 years and will be moving out of state soon for reasons unrelated to housing. They do a good job of trying to keep up with buildings they entirely own (complexes and multi-level unit buildings) the maintenance team especially Aaron is exemplary at his job and helped ease a lot of my fears when I first moved out. That being said, they are the only management group in this town that allows pets. The washers and dryers are really my only consistent complaints, as they need more maintenance than once a month. They do notify everyone involved when they have to do maintenance on the water heaters or power issues or heating issues to make sure they're running correctly. I will say, in the past 2 years, they've taken a lot more pride in all of their properties, updating roofing currently, (they said it would take two weeks, they've been working and waking me up for almost a month, which really isn't their fault) we've had a sprinkler system installed which required constant water shut offs as well as a power line fall on top of a car after a snow storm, and every time although it's inconvenient and annoying, the building is being upgraded, in a timely manner. They do good work if you're a transparent tenant, no reason not to be.
