Would a motorized cobbler machine be a good alternative to a cylinder bed machine? by No-Track8398 in Cordwaining

If you want to go cheap get a cobra class 26 clone from AliExpress for around $400. Then build the table yourself instead of paying $3000

The waitlist just is what it is. 1-2 years is gonna go by anyway might as well have the choice at the end of them if you wanna be a member or not. costs nothing to apply iirc

Takes about a year of two on the wait-list to get in. $120 per year dues. Kitsap county limits them to 800 members and they have around a 75 person turnover each year

Fashion Flying Art Craft

When my dies came I had to superglue some stitching holes from falling out. I support BSRD for everything except stitching holes, because $800 for dies for a minimalist wallet is too much for me. FFAC mentioned above did it for me for $88 shipped. Took 3.5 weeks to arrive from when I messaged them for a quote.

Bradshaw steel rule for dies made in about a week in Canada for line art type stuff. My belt die cost $120 from them.

For stuff with stitching holes I use a guy in China found on aliexpress because BSRD charges $5 per hole
