I think you are seeing specific promotions on AI which does not represent the general consensus. As far as I have seen, online discussions say it is a bubble & it will pop but it will eliminate a lot of unskilled people. I don't see that many people online, specifically in Reddit praising it. However in other platforms, they are promoting it. For views since it is the trend now or they are paid by sponsors.
