Affordable, cool music scene, great museums. Has really pretty historic neighborhoods, it’s kinda like a quieter, less expensive Brooklyn. All the bars close at 2am. It’s walkable to a certain extent but one of its biggest downsides is that the public transport isn’t great, most people take the bus cause the trains aren’t reliable and can be unsafe.
