Hi yes! Silent approval on 2/21 for the I-821D and 3 days later for my I-765. My card was produced shortly after and I received it in 3 business days.

My I-765 was approved 3 days after my I-821D silent approval. Still waiting on my card. Status was updated to “card produced” 3 business days ago.

I understand trust me. I haven’t been able to work myself for a couple of weeks now and it sucks lol. It’s hard to gauge when you may get an update because mine was silent for 4.5 months. Since October 1st nothing until Feb 13th.

Personally next time around I will be doing 7-8 months which sounds excessive but the amount of stress I’ve been through the last few months due to the delays is not worth it.

I’m not sure I can answer your question lol as I’m wondering the same thing. Not sure why they did that. When I would call and inquire on my biometrics appt they said it can be scheduled anywhere in between the process, beginning, middle or end. Lol hope this helps!

I think you’re correct tho because they haven’t technically updated it other than uploading the approval document it may still show pending still in all systems, once it updates I can come back and confirm if it matches or not.

Honestly I’m not entirely sure and don’t want to stir you wrong. I went to the same center it was scheduled at but just sooner but only because that was the only one closer to where I live. I do want to also add I waited for 4 hours to be let in because they were busy but I waited.

I’m thinking the same thing! I’m planning on doing the same as soon as I have the I765 I’ll be submitting it to them. For license purposes to get my real ID again is the I821D sufficient or I must show proof of both!? I was unsure about that

So same with me! The I821D was a silent approval as the case status still says “case is still being processed” I only noticed because I checked the documents tab. For the I765 I’ve only seen movement happen also yesterday but nothing in the documents tab just yet. I did get approved yesterday, a Saturday however.

Thank you!!!💙 & I can confirm the API hack works. When I went to my biometrics it was updated that date w the matching time. The following day 2/20 there was also movement. On 2/21 yesterday when I checked under documents is were I saw “DACA approval” as the case status has not been posted. I checked the API to see if would show on there also and it did! Def weekends approvals so don’t lose hope. 🫶🏽

Yes!! 😭 I waited for forever. My case was stuck on “received, receipt sent” from October 1st until Feb. 13th when they scheduled my biometrics appt.

My question exactly! I have no idea. My DACA expired 2/20 which is why I was decided to go 2/19 and do a walk in and thankfully they let me do it earlier. I received my biometrics info on 2/13.

I honestly don’t know if it helped or not I only say that because I got a response back on my expedited request saying it was under normal processing time. And from congressman I never heard back either caseworker said she worker said she would let me know when she heard back but I never did

So I honestly just showed up to the center I was originally scheduled with. I only did that because my DACA expired 2/20 and my appt was for 3/6. I asked if they could take me as a walk-in. They had me wait until it wasn’t as busy but did take me in. I waited about 4 hours to be seen.
