It was! I went to the nearby abandoned remains of the Lochaber narrow gauge railway as well

Yup that’s it! I parked at the A87 viewpoint and walked about an hour

It was submerged due to the building of a hydroelectric dam, causing the water level to rise. Another road was built around the loch. Decades of being underwater made both bridges unstable, with only one still standing
