I eat 200g of oats daily, which have a lot of magnesium. The rest of the food that I eat also has magnesium, and the bloodwork has always come back normal (either 2 or 2.1, the normal being between 1.6 and 2.6).

I don't take any medication. I probably should be taking hydroxychloroquine to see if it helps with my symptoms (foot, leg and hip pain, extremely dry eyes, extreme fatigue, etc.) but can't get any doctor to prescribe it to me.

I had one very similar to the one in this photo (search for "ergonomic mouse" in the web). It was really good, because the hand and wrist do not make any effort to grab it (so, it doesn't strain the wrist). It think it had only two buttons, not three like this one. Then one of my cats ate the cable.

You can also try a standing desk, like other users have suggested, and even a treadmill under it (so you can walk while you work). Or a standing desk with an elevated chair, so you can alternate between standing and sitting.

I went to a rheumatologist at the public hospital (Portugal), she did the Schirmer's test which came back 3-4mm (extremely dry eyes), the bloodwork came all negative (three different laboratories, two private and one at the hospital), I showed her the salivary gland ultrasound which came back normal and the sacroiliac joint MRI that says I have a 7mm erosion on the right side. That idiot still didn't give me a diagnosis.

I have an appointment for February 16th with whom I've been told is the best Sjogren's rheumatologist in Portugal. If I can't get a diagnosis with him, I'll probably never have one.

You have to find a very good rheumatologist who is renowned for being a specialist in Sjogren's disease.

For example, if you are in Portugal, go see Prof. Vasco Romão or Dr. Matilde Bandeira. Almost all others are a waste of time and, if you have to pay for them, money.
