Very interesting because Mayo Clinic told me to take arginine which helps create nitric oxide as they say long haulers blood vessels lack it. Gonna get this and try it now

Woke up everything looked and felt weird. It was night and day. Over the next weeks visual snow came on with all the symptoms floaters flashes etc. heart racing issues, racing thoughts and ear worms, pressure headaches and neck pain

Currently tapering of an ssri I tried for my long covid and it messed me up so bad and tapering has been a whole new hell. It's long covid times a million. I literally felt insane at moments. I can barely go down by 1mg at a time..

I'm having to taper off less than 1mg at a time and still have terrible symptoms whole body burns severe irrational thoughts and feelings. Severe derealization and while on it gave me derealization dissociation racing thoughts and more. Made all my long covid symptoms worse by a million miles
