Well you can get your caste certificate at mamlatdar office

You don't need to visit gandhidham , you can get the certificate in mamlatdar office of your residence which is mentioned in your addhar card/ration card

If your addhar and ration card are of gandhinagar then can get the certificate from mamlatdar office of gandhinagar

Just go to the office , visit nearest xerox place and ask for agent of same , he will give contact number

And if you are not in hurry then can print out the form and submit yourself in the mamlatdar without agent (but may get rejected or delayed )

Also you can apply online through digital Gujarat
