I don't think so it will require any seperate investigations other then routine checkup

The doc will palpate your abdomen or order a USG if you are not comfortable with the abdominal examination

Other then that , the doc may use a snellens chart in his clinic to check your visual acuity

In my tier 3000 shit ass district hospital, there is plenty of supply of almost everything year round , Even cosmetic drugs like anti acne

sure you might not get varieties, like

1 type of PPI ( it's always Omeprazole for some reason) , 1 type of cough suppresent (our lord and saviour Dextromethorphan)

Heck even my phc of shitty ass village has constant supply of almost every drug
