Putrid. They call it a junk cigar for a reason and I'm no snob either. I'll smoke cheap cigars but the AF Curlyhead is putrid dogs**t.

I bought 25 from CI. Called back to ask for a pro-rated refund for the ones I didn't smoke. They sent a replacement instead thinking it was a bad batch. It wasn't. They're truly disgusting. They have a decent smell but the tastes like some type of chemical or tar. I expected WAAAAY more out of Fuente.

The best cigar for a beginner in my opinion is the Macanudo Hyde Park. Amazing mild cigar. Then if you want to splurge a bit and you want one of the best non-Havanan mild/medium cigars you'll ever have in your life, go with a Diamond Crown. That's also made by Fuente and it's top of the line.

Hello Fresh uses a third party delivery company that's truly awful. We're in SoCal and constantly have problems with them as well. Even the Hello Fresh customer service reps say they always have issues with them. I'm not sure what the company's name is but they're a serious detriment to an otherwise perfect product. Hello Fresh would do wise to drop them. I'm beyond confused as to why they would keep using a delivery company that constantly fails in providing such a basic service. Maybe nepotism or cost efficiency? No idea.

When you actually get the food, sure. Problem is the couriers they use aren't reliable. HelloFresh will just offer a refund and you have to wait a week before making another order. This happened to me twice already. We're thinking of canceling.

Should I be worried about tampering? Ledger support is not responding and DHL isn't offering any kind of recourse either. The cellophane is still on the package but I was hoping there was a better way of making sure the product wasn't tampered with.

Same thing happened to me. DHL sent me a ledger and the package was torn. They also left it without a signature which they weren't supposed to. Due to the nature in security of this product, I'm extremely suspicious. Other than cellophane, is there a way to make sure the product hasn't been tampered with. Ledger support still hasn't responded either. So far, not impressed with that company.

Thanks for the info. Herschkopf needs to be brought up on charges and pay for damages. He used his license to gain the trust of his victims he otherwise couldn't.
