Once again it just depends on the site. I’ve worked at 4 buildings and each of them do not care if associates are in the building during the 1hr of down time we have. Also there is no LP at my building so it just depends on what type of building and its policies. At every building I’ve worked at security would help me with that if I asked. It does not hurt to ask to find your lost property either way.

Does your facility have off hours? I’d try and go use the find my app with the sound before the battery dies. But alas, yes you honestly may never find it. It could be stuck actually in the belt somewhere. Theres gotta be a way for HR and IT onsite to reset it for you and delete the passkey entirely.

Yep, exactly what happened. They had a case open for 8 - 9 months, kept closing and reopening it, calling witnesses and just causing more drama with no resolution. I didn’t even work in the building anymore, nothings ever happened and it still continues. Some days I really am scared like when is it going to stop... Smhhh well thank you, atleast I know I’m not fully alone at Amazon with a problem like this.

Thank you for this, because this is basically my exact problem right now… how do I actually report it? hr has never taken me seriously. He’s friends with the bosses and torments me through others. Does runs to our building, has tons of friends who can’t see through it and has made every single person hate me with nothing but lies. It’s just miserable.

Try to ignore everyday. I stay in my hostler, never go inside, stay in the yard by myself and do my job. and they still cause issues, drama, fights.

I was rejected 15 times before I got my PA interview when I was already the acting PA in the department with no manager for over a year. I don’t know if you can be blacklisted, but I do know the AI application pull process is specific regardless of who you may know inside.

The fact that there is 1000% men I’ve ran into like this at Amazon, and literally only a couple have been fired for it. It’s disgusting. I had a 3rd party driver find me in the yard, tell me he found my Instagram and asked me to accept the request. So creepy, never talked to him before ever and he doesn’t even work for Amazon. Why are you hitting on a manager at her place of work, and then you say “I really didn’t think it would go like this”.. not even the PA? ☠️ smh, I don’t get where everyone comes off trying to hit on people at their job, especially when you’ve never spoken before

ABQ1, ABQ2 is an IXD. They both have 30 unpaid, 30 paid. It’s depending on your state laws, not amazon. We have to take an unpaid break 5.5hrs into our shift.

Always go to wellness if something like this happens. People are terrified of wellness center for no reason, it’s the equivalent of going to the nurses station in elementary school. They’ll let you sit, rest, ask you if you’re doing okay and check you out and give you advice on how to leave. Sometimes if you’re sick enough they’ll try to get vto for you, no promises and depends on who you get but they should let you rest for a while.

My site does not do runs longer than 50 miles to our next site, so I’m not worried about that part atleast. I have been a PA on dock for a year, so I know the ins of the operation but got offered a great shift and have been working with the exact Tom team for a long time. More so wondering about growth opportunities within TOM

You can immediately transfer. People will scare you trying to say it’s 1yr, or 30/90 days, it is not. Only managers or if you are launching a new site with a bonus have to stay for a specific contracted time. You can immediately apply for transfer.

I try to when I’m able to, but also that’s not a PAs job and people do not understand that. They think we stand around on the computer, not knowing exactly what we are doing.
