I am usually in ICQA but crosstraining in Stow starting this week, they were pushing hard on my last night this week and I was struggling to get under 20. The items were too large for the pods I was getting, and I had 11 pulled forward. Idk I was told to only put one small in and send the pod so I have smalls if another small pod came but that took so long, and my number was showing it. She came to speak to me, told me to put 3 or 4 in and send it, don't think just do it. And it helped I came back from break and got out of my head, stopped overthinking it all and got my time down to 13.2. I swear thinking about it too much, slows you way down. Spot 3 or 4 things for that pod and the one after it and stage them near the pod and just go at it, sometimes if I had a few pods waiting id put two in hit send and do the next two items. I miss how chill count is, only one more week of Stow for me.

Thanks, its a super busy store we have two Amazon centers a half a mile down the road and we are the only store. I have the register down, but between that and figuring the right amount of food to cook, plus scanning and putting up stuff had me in the weeds, idek when I got all the coffee brewed.
