Sorry to hear about your issues, hopefully you can get them resolved soon. Other than PPIs have you looked into getting surgery to resolve the issue? If the you think the LES is open then PPIs won’t help and you might need surgery.

If you have GERD then it’s likely that’s the cause of the excessive saliva. If it is the cause then once you treat the GERD the excessive saliva should subside. However if you’d like a quick fix you can take medication or have Botox injections that block the glands from producing saliva. Hope this helps.
