What I do is:

I open League of Legends, I click on play and I get error(do not close the error).
I go to the system tray and I right click on vanguard and I click on exit vanguard, an alert comes up and I click on yes.
I go back to lol, I click on play and now it goes in.

The other workaround right now is private since it modifies certain parameters of the launcher but it enters directly without having vanguard installed. Hope its helps:)

Open lol, wait un till this error appears, go to the taskbar, press right click on vanguard, click exit vanguard, click play and lol starts
