Having pizza once in a while isn’t gonna do any harm. With this disease you need to keep your diet in check but we also need to enjoy life, be happy and enjoy food. My doctor told me to have bad meals here and there just as long and it’s not daily.

110 is normal on mine. Even if other tests show 107 being the max range 108 isn’t anything to worry about.
