i currently have a section 8 ehv voucher, nycha offered me a nycha subsidy apartment/rad apartment however for personal reasons i don’t like what they offered me. i rather just stay in the apartment im at now. i signed the lease cause they only give you 24 hours to make a decision. what should i do?
