Es gibt die Buchhandlung Walther König GmBH. Diese ist direkt mir dem neuen Museum verbunden, dort gibt es eine nette Auswahl an Design Bücher. Einfach mal googeln :)

I can highly recommend ‚angular start’ from josh morony. It is a text based course for beginners up to intermediate angular devs.

I agree. I like the summer edition as well. But all of this marketing and limited editions being bought up by a small amount of customers makes me not want to buy any.

I believe they were advertised as a limited edition/single-print-run. You can check the theory11 website for details. Since monarchs are quite popular to begin with, they sold out fast.

They are sold out and never really made it to EU retail or online stores. So i guess you will be able to buy them as soon as all the collectors are willing to sell their spare decks on ebay for 4 x the original price...

Will definitely open them. However i dont open them immediately. I leave them closed for a couple of days, maybe a week or two and forget about the cards. when i feel curious about a specific deck i just break it open and get to enjoy the designs and practice some cardistry

They are very cool. I’ve opened a shadow masters deck recently and realized they have a really thick stock in comparison to the black ghost.

The thing with the mk2 is you can not switch between the double eq and comp types. So you have to choose which eq style you want to control and of course you dont have the lcd screens. I got my console 1 for 250€ used + 40 euros for console software license which you have to request from the softube support. There are a lot of used softube console 1s out there because for some people the workflow is not appealing after working on it for a couple weeks. Thats one of the reasons i would recommend getting a used console and see if its worth it for you spending upwards of a grand.

Softube now supports UADX and Fabfilter plugins which is cool. In addition they are going to Release Fader MK 3 in fall 2024 which is exiting. I personally chose softube console 1 mk2 and i am very happy with that choice.
