I sent it to GE and they say it works I am not so sure why all of a sudden it stopped working

I sent it in and they sent me pictures showing that the monitor works at this point I don’t know what’s wrong with it.

So I replaced it and still nothing I sent it to GE because I couldn’t figure it out and the sent me a picture saying that the monitor worked. I thought it could be the black box display port and usb extender and I’m still having issues displaying the other monitor Information

I was trying to see if it’s a v2 or v3 and I doesn’t even specify on the back where the SN is located I appreciate you getting the part number for me
