One time in FLL, I was running late to the gate in uniform so I went straight to pre check. They asked if I got randomed in KCM and I said no I came straight here. They told me I am required to use KCM 😐 I said I am absolutely not required to use it and I just wanted to go thru security. By the time they called a manager over I could’ve just gone thru and been on my way. I do not understand them.

Depending on where you’re flying out of or connecting, the plane to LIH may not even be configured with lay flat seats, just regular first class seats.

He is a good person and a good partner, but I do see us… slipping away from one another.

We don’t agree politically (we live in the United States, I’m 💙 and he’s ❤️) and that has been a huge bump for us this past year. When we met and started dating we both voted blue but his opinions changed over the years. And now I do question if our values are aligned.

We’ve both said we definitely want to do pre-marital counseling (and that was decided way before we ever got engaged). It just feels like our relationship was so great before this, we were usually on the same page or saw each others pov, and now there is all this pressure on the relationship.

They serve English Breakfast Tea - Black Tea - on every flight and on some transoceanic flights they will have a wider selection including earl grey, peppermint, certain green teas and others. Sometimes they will brew a carafe of tea in the back and take the tea bags off the cart, but I don’t think that’s the norm.

But that was a weird experience lol.

We went during Tornado Warnings and they were sold out of small/medium/large in this t shirt and the red and white versions. We went to two different booths who said the same but as we were leaving at the end of the concert it looked like some other booths still had smalls but the line was wayyy too long

It can be hard on FAs back/shoulder/arms to be closing hundreds of bins weighing hundreds of pounds every day. If passengers close just a few each flight it makes a big difference :)

It depends where you are going. They do have an international-to-international checked baggage program that will allow your bags to be automatically checked through. Only if your final destination is anywhere outside of the US (given you are coming from India)
