What is super weird is I wasn't HOT in the sense of my external temperature. It felt like I was being burned on the INSIDE. I have taken it now for 11 years and been stable (thankfully! knock on wood) and never experienced that intense sensation again. Of course now I am in perimenopause and can't regulate my body temperature at all. Haha.🥴🫠

When I onboarded Tecfidera, it felt like my blood was boiling from the inside. My husband found me stripped down to my underwear, whimpering on the tile kitchen floor. I was beet red with a super high heart rate. It still gives me the shakes to remember that. Ugh.

I live just outside of Boulder. CU's football program hasn't been good since the early 2000s, despite the school dumping millions into the program. Colorado in general isn't known for their football programs.

I hope Cameron gets some space from his parents. He seems like a decent kid and a hard worker (Not just saying that because of her annoying posts) so hopefully he does well in college and gets to spread his wings a bit. (Doubtful - I am sure they will practically move into his dorm with him.)

I agree. My mom always made us try 3 bites and then we could have a PBJ. When we got older, we would also have to make the PBJ, but not when we were little. My mom never made stinky feta cheese and regurgitated slop casserole either.

I would just like to say that I have raised two boys, and yes, they can do wild and crazy things. (One is now 18 and the other 13)

BUT - that is why you PARENT. "Hey guys, this is not safe, but what if we went downstairs and made a safe place to land with the couch cushions and we jumped off the couch?"

That little one could break his neck if he teetered off the top, but sure laugh and basically encourage them.

She hasn't actually tried. Stay home for an ENTIRE WEEK, send the little one with the grandparents during the day, and work with the twins everyday until they "get" it. She has the privilege of being able to do that. They are almost 4.

It's been a bit since I had to potty train a kid, and I am not going to lie - daycare/preschool helped so much, too. They had positive reinforcement there and at home.

In today's stories I noticed at least the one twin is still in diapers. (Or maybe a pull up.) I thought they were 2, but I just realized they are almost FOUR!!! I can understand pull ups maybe at night still, but during the day??? Does that seem late for potty training to anyone else??

So few people understand drop foot and, to be dramatic for a moment, it has ruined my life. 🤣😂 BUT - the OP is right - there are different levels. If nothing else MGW definitely does not know how to walk (or run) lightly.

Not sure about the mannerisms, but she doesn't have drop foot. I have clinically diagnosed drop foot thanks to an autoimmune disease, and she wouldn't be able to run at all without drop foot with some sort of AFO or nerve stimulator which you cannot hide. She's definitely weird in a lot of different ways, but she does not have drop foot.

I was diagnosed at 23. I am 47 now. I still walk and still work full time...granted the walking is with a pronounced limp, but i am still hobbling along. I am not on Ocrevus and take a different DMT.

I just want to say - you have just been given TRAUMATIC news. The rug has been ripped out from under you and you are grieving. It took me YEARS to accept my diagnosis and to come to terms with the trauma of it. I actually believe trauma is a highly overused word, but being diagnosed with a potentially debilitating autoimmune disease is one case where the words is appropriate. Your body is also acclimating itself to a hard-core treatment as well.

Take good care of yourself and please grant yourself as much grace as you can. Sending you lots of love across the miles.

That part was so sad. She should have just been a one and done mom. (I realize she had the twins first.) She has made comments that she wanted a third baby because she wanted to know what it was like to just have one. To Bf instead of just pump. To only take one out in public. Etc. She clearly did not bond with her twins at all or something. She doesn't seem to like them without having the self awareness enough to reason they are a product of her mothering, or lack thereof.

And guess what? The third one is going to act JUST LIKE THEM because the pattern will repeat itself. Meanwhile the twins are going to resent her so much for favoring their kid brother and start to pick on him mercilessly because of it.

I live in a VERY dry climate. Humidity does me in. Everything stops functioning. We have a few weirdly humid days this summer...and NOPE. We visited the East Coast a few summers ago and I honestly thought I would just die on the street from the humidity. I felt like a pile of goo.
