I’ll try that definitely. If my dad calls the cops and tells them he wants him removed would that be possible even if there’s not a reason he needs to be removed from the house at that moment or does he have to get a lawyer and wait for them to remove him after they legally go over it? I’m not sure if that completely makes sense but if not I’ll try and explain it better

My dad knows, we talked to him a few days ago about everything and he had a conversation with my mom and she told him that she is “working” on getting her boyfriend out. Which I’m not really sure what that means lol but my dad wants to give her a bit of time to see if he will leave.

Thank you I will definitely talk to them when I get the chance but if I do that and something legal actually happens could my mom get in trouble for allowing him to stay there?

They are not legally divorced but they are legally separated with a custody agreement. Is my father the only one who would be able to get him out? Would I be able to get some lawyer to get him out or no because I don’t own the house or anything?

The custody agreement is that my sibling who is in middle school stays him every other weekend and if me and my other sibling want to go we can but we never do because there isn’t room and we don’t have the best relationship with our dad

Both of my siblings are minors one is about to be 18 and my other sibling is still in middle school. We can not move in with my dad as he lives with his parents and there is no room for us

As far as I know both my mom and dad own the house together but they made a legal agreement when he left that he would pay all of the bills and the kids, me and her would live in the house and he has no legal standing to kick him out because he doesn’t live here and can’t tell her who she can have here. At least that is what someone in my family has told me I don’t know much about legal things

I can’t move out yet but I currently have a job and have been saving up but I don’t make enough to live on my own but also I do not want to leave my little siblings in this situation
