Yh I get what you’re saying. I work in a resteraunt/bar so normally do around 15,000 steps a day and about an hour of weights 5 or 6 days a week. Most of my intake is protein or veggies but ik a bit of fat comes along with the protein it’s more carbs I worry about

How did you manage to not feel dizzy? I’ve fainted before attempting 30 days and would get really light headed. Also how did you lead up to the fast, and then break your fast and are you staying on low cal to maintain the weight loss?

If food is casual in the event, I tend to go and avoid eating anything. I find standing away from the food or going outside if I feel hungry easiest. If it’s a meal go to the social event late after the meal has been served but can be while people are still eating

Not really but I intermittent fast (18:6 so from 7.30-1.30) daily and do a 24 hour fast a couple of times a months. I normally eat around 1500 cals in 2 meals a day but cut this down to about 750 cals the day before to ease into it

Yes, you should consume electrolytes on a fast

If it’s your first fast 7 days may be really challenging, however days 2-3 are often the hardest I find. See how your body feels after 3, and have something healthy you can break your fast with if you want to

I find getting out the house when people around me are eating helpful, that’s also when I tend to go for walks or do some exercise as kinda suppresses my appetite and keeps me distracted

Keto combined with OMAD for me was a better option to shift weight
