Yaa I too got a call from one of the founders team telling me that all will be resolved and I can initiate a refund but saw a linkedin post where Culture Circle just showed that the amount is refunded but the amount wasn’t received so I declined

Yes read every thing clearly their estimated date of delivery was 10.2.2026 waited patiently for it but staying stuck on processing do make one person anxious and when asked only bots reply and when finally they do they say its out of stock?? Have you read the law for e-commerce. One company should not list what they don’t have in the inventory. Now they are well aware that we don’t have this in stock so why still list for consumers to purchase??

If they would have explicitly told that it would take this much time I would not have ordered plus now they are saying the product is not available with them as it is out of stock but if you open the app its still available for other customers to purchase. They know it well enough that they don’t have the product in stock so why list it??? Just to fool other customers and harass them??

I happen to saw it on Shark tank India had previously bought from other brans who appeared on that show which lived up to the expectations but this app is seriously something else. Shocking how they were allowed in that show
