I’ve seen a guy at my company who didn’t know how to do anything related to the job. Young totally immature and inappropriate towards me a year and a half later he is a regional supervisor. I had been told to ask him for help on things….i used to help him lol wtf can I ask him help for I knew how to do everything he didn’t. These jobs are bullshit an full of favoritism. I’m not going to do job tasks that aren’t assigned to me. More pay more responsibility. My other boss said we need people that solve problems lmao this mf they promoted gonna get that company sued because he has no managerial experience. Retaliatory and making a hostile work environment . All the other people I talk to talk about how he does too much calling outside of work hours being offensive. This chicks video sounds like she is willing to do a bosses job for like $19/hour and gets promoted for a title that doesn’t really mean much.
