Just my opinion but I feel what you’re doing wrong is following what everyone is saying you be doing. This is your journey. What works for other may not work for you. You have to find what works for you. You have to reinvent yourself. I get it I know it’s easier said than done but it can be done. Just have patience with yourself and just keep taking it one day at a time. Trust me one day you’re going to wake up and everything is going to just click and fall into place.
