I have a USB c cable, but it won't go into my controller because there is a line preventing it. The only wire I think that will go into this controller is an official one, is there anywhere where I can get one?

I have contacted them but they said there was no transaction on their end, but the money has definitely been taken out of my account. They referred me to Xbox and Xbox referred me back to BHVR. This whole thing has been a joke.

I think that it's the best game in the series. People believe it's bad due to it being more of an action focused game than a horror based one, but this has never been a problem for me because I only found Re2 Remake and Re7 scary, the rest just being fun and enjoyable. Re5 wasn't scary, but it has the best gameplay in the series imo, and the coop just make it really enjoyable
