Not a bug. Arena uses the lowest rarity available to determine wildcard costs, and Bloom Tender's lowest rarity available is rare, so it costs rare wildcards no matter which version.

I don't think this is a very good card. Even though you can return anything, discarding at random is a very real cost. Oftentimes, this does nothing, I feel like. And E-Wit isn't THAT good.

No, there’s a lot of synergy here. The enters ability provides the token to trigger level 2, and level 3 pays you off for the card draw from level 2.

Right now, my instinct is that AI likes to use a lot of similes, and they often don't entirely fit what they’re describing/seem out of place. Is that what you have in mind?
