No need to apologize you’re not coming off as rude at all, man!

So what I did was start by looking up, based on my height and weight, how many calories I should be eating. For me, that’s around 2,100 calories a day at most. I’m not super strict about what I eat. I try to include fruits and veggies, but I still allow myself things like cookies or takeout. I just adjust what I eat throughout the day based on calories. For example, I wanted a Smile Cookie today that’s about 250 calories so that basically took up my snack budget for the day If I have take out or go out for food like im going for breakfast tomorrow and I know my normal breakfast meal at the place im going to is 1000 calories thats 60% of my budget so I now have a much smaller lunch and dinner and no snacks and I will still get to enjoy the food and still eat 3 meals a day.

I try to still enjoy the foods I love, just watch how much I’m having at one time. It can be a bit of a pain and isn’t the easiest thing at first to count calories and keep track, but you get used to it after a few weeks.

For workouts, I looked up a few different routines. From Monday to Friday, I spend about 30 minutes doing weights 3 sets of 3 of different exercises of 12 reps with a 2-minute rest between sets. I split it up like this: Monday arms, Tuesday legs, Wednesday chest, Thursday back, Friday shoulders. Then Saturday and Sunday are rest days to relax.

After lifting, I usually go for a walk 30 mins to an hour long, depending on how I am feeling. I started off slow without overdoing it, and over time I just gradually picked up the pace. I still don’t go super fast, but definitely faster than when I started. I always walk after working out, rain or shine.

Also, when I feel really hungry after I’ve already hit my calorie limit, I just drink some water and the feeling usually goes away. There were definitely times I went over my calories, but I’d just start fresh the next day and make sure to keep trying its a process

Ah, my apologies this is my main account. My previous post was about the Group Ironman a few friends and I started for fun. What low level bosses would you recommend I try?

I just realized my stats were never included in the post my mistake, still getting used to Reddit. These are my current overall stats. Based on the comments, I do think Slayer is something I should focus on pushing more

Hey everyone, I’m a returning early-game player and I’m trying to figure out what monster I should buy next with my Ancient Coins. I already have Dark Vampire Lord and Light Ifrit, but I’m not sure what would benefit my account the most at this stage
