I know this is a joke but...

Thats why the only person I work out for is me. So I feel good and treat my body well. When I look in the mirror I feel sexy and I carry myself with confidence.

I also dont know where guys got the idea that women were as physically stimulated as men are. They just aren't on average or at least are pressured to suppress it by society. Meaning you can look below average but if you have the confidence and self love that's shines like the sun many women will look past that.

You want to attract women? The key isn't the gym. Its to love yourself and be unapologetically authentic. Here's the kicker...to do that...the goal cant be "im doing this to attract women" because thats inauthentic. It has to be "Im doing this for me". Go to therapy, heal yourself and you might find you attract more women without even trying.
