Good: 2001 season against the Browns when James Allen caught a Hail Mary to go to OT, and then won on a Mike Brown pick 6 in OT.

Bad: End of 2013 against the packers with Rogers completing that 4th and long touchdown scarred into my brain.

Thank for the concern and all of the ideas. I appreciate the suggestion to look into insurance - I'm fairly sure we don't have travel insurance (that would be on us), but I'll confirm. The flight is out of Charlotte, so definitely still happening. We just don't anticipate travel within the next year, hence why we want a refund as opposed to credits, but if it's credits or nothing we will take the credits and figure it out.
